1974 T. Weiss Realty Corp. purchases its first commercial property located at 569 Broadway in Massapequa, NY, and completely renovates the building.
1976 T. Weiss Realty Corp. purchases 585 Broadway, Massapequa.
1981 5020 Sunrise Highway, Massapequa Park, NY, is purchased and developed into a 14,400 square-foot mixed-use office building, which was then renovated in 1997.
1985 Continuing to grow and capitalize on success, T. Weiss Realty Corp. constructs and develops the 35,000 square-foot Dix Hills Executive Office Center located at 1160 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington.
1992 T. Weiss Realty Corp. renovates its 585 Broadway building and develops the property now known as the Broadway Medical Center.
1994 T. Weiss Realty Corp. purchases a 14,400 square-foot professional center, and develops the Broadway Boundary Professional Building located at 200 Boundary Avenue, Massapequa.
1995 The next year, 850 Fulton Street, Farmingdale, is purchased and constructed into a 14,000 Medical/Professional Center.
1996 The Broadhollow Corporate Center at 532 Broadhollow Road, Melville is acquired and developed into a Class A office building.
1997 T. Weiss Realty is especially proud of its acquisition and renovation of 2150 Joshua's Path in Hauppauge, a dramatic, state-of-the-art office building in one of Long Island's fastest-growing business areas.
2001 T. Weiss Realty debuted its Melville Corporate Center I in 2001. This 149,000 square foot state-of-the-art commercial office center features a full range of communications infrastructure amenities including high-speed Internet access, digital telecommunications and broadband data networks. This prestigious address is right in the heart of Melville, near NEC, Olympus, Estee Lauder and more.
2003 At the Melville Corporate Center II, construction completed in 2003 at 330 South Service Road, with 85,000 square feet of Class A office space fashioned in the same state-of-the-art style as its predecessor, MCCI. Eighteen months later MCCII reaches full occupancy.
2005 T. Weiss Realty broke ground on Melville Corporate Center III, which is their fourth Melville office building and their most exceptional property to date.
2007 With construction on MCC III 90% complete, this four-story first-class infrastructure is the only building on Long Island with an uninterruptible power supply generator that ensures the full building voltage.  In addition to its self-sufficient power supply, MCC III also offers access to a full service gym, interior restaurant and coffee bar plus ample outdoor seating in the botanical garden.  As always, Ted Weiss continues to create a new pinnacle in office space aesthetics and amenities.   The grand opening is on schedule for Spring 2007.
