For just over four decades, Ted Weiss and his organization have been able to successfully build and establish premier office buildings across Long Island. The strongest attribute of T. Ted Weiss
Ted Weiss, Chief Executive Officer

Ted Weiss is the Chief Executive Officer of T. Weiss Realty Corporation (“TWRC”), a Long Island based real estate development company. Ted founded the company in 1969, and has since concentrated on the conversion of light industrial properties into Class A office space across the island. Over the years, Ted has overseen the development, leasing and management of over one million square feet of commercial property throughout Long Island. Since the company's inception, Ted has focused on providing TWRC tenants with not only high quality office space, but also numerous value-added services that support the success and growth of their businesses. He is the visionary behind the progressive amenities and style of service that can be found in all TWRC properties.

Consistent with TWRC's pledge to fulfill its tenants' every need, Ted established TOTUS Office Solutions and Conference and Meeting Centers of Long Island; both of which he still serves as President. The two companies have achieved a significant presence in the Melville and Hauppauge business districts. Ted is also a partner in BBRC, a construction company specializing in pre-construction services and general contracting.

Ted is committed to the Long Island community. He is a member of the Long Island Association (LIA), Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Melville Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Commercial Real Estate, the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) and the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG). He has worked hand in hand with community officials, specifically in the Town of Huntington, to achieve a Master Plan for the betterment of the Melville Rte. 110 corridor.

Ted's energies extend beyond TWRC's professional associations as well. He has worked with, and contributed to, a multitude of charities including Toys of Hope, the Make-A-Wish-Foundation, and the The Nature Conservancy. He has sat on the boards of the Family Service League and The Huntington Holiday House.

Ted has been honored by various organizations for his philanthropic work, entrepreneurial spirit, and real estate acumen.

Ted is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University where he was a four year letter winner in Men’s Swimming and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker and also a U.S. Coast Guard licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Officer – Passenger Vessel Captain.





Craig A. Weiss
Craig A. Weiss, Managing Director

Craig Weiss is the Managing Director of T. Weiss Realty Corp. (“TWRC”). He oversees and directly negotiates the leasing activity throughout the portfolio, and prepares and analyzes financial models for future T. Weiss ventures. He is also significatly involved in TWRC's operational direction, and is integral in the coorindation between the TWRC leasing team and the TWRC construction department.

Prior to joining the family business, Mr. Weiss spent three years on Wall Street - two years in Morgan Stanley's Equity Client Service Group, where he held Series 7 and 63 NASD certifications, and one year as a trader at the hedge fund Scout Capital Management.

Craig is an associate member of the Commercial and Industrial Broker Society of LI (CIBS) and an active member of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG). He was also recently appointed as an associate member of the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI).

He is actively involved with various charitable causes and professional organizations. Specifically, Craig served on The Nature Conservancy's Manhattan based Young Professionals Group’s Board of Directors. Craig was the Co-Chair of their annual gala in 2009. He has also been involved with various fundraising benefits for the Boys Club of New York.

Craig grew up on Long Island and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School before graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.





Marci Skeahan
Marci Skeahan, Chief Operating Officer

Marci E. Skeahan, Chief Operating Officer at T. Weiss Realty Corp. ("TWRC"), oversees the operations of T. Weiss' seven office properties on Long Island with responsibility for office operations, the entire company staff, maintenance, facilities, construction and finance. She also serves as the sales and leasing representative for all three T. Weiss companies, and is an expert in lease negotiations and legal proceedings. Mrs. Skeahan has attained a position of prominence and leadership in the traditionally male-dominated field of commercial real estate. Over the past twenty years with TWRC, she has risen through the company ranks, and mentored many women throughout the course of her career. In addition, she plays a leading role in each stage of development as T. Weiss Realty grows and evolves.


Marci Skeahan joined T. Weiss Realty in 1991, and successfully served as Office Manager and later General Manager before being named Vice President of Operations in April 2000. In July 2005, Marci was named Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the firm, she managed the Queens office of Charles H. Greenthal, a residential property management firm.

As a board member of the International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA), Mrs. Skeahan has served as Treasurer for the past four years, and before that, was President for two terms. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), the Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of CoreNet Global and a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS).

In December of 2006, Mrs. Skeahan was honored for outstanding accomplishments in business by Women on the Job (WOJ), a not-for-profit advocacy program to advance women in the workplace. She also recently served as Journal Chair for the Nature Conservancy's annual Gala, and has been an active fundraiser for the past nine years for the CoreNet Global golf outing whose proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In 2003, Marci was honored as one of New York Real Estate's Top 40 Under 40. That same year, Millennium 3 Partners also selected her as a "Long Island Business Diva".

A native Long Islander, Skeahan (nee Glaser) grew up in Setauket and attended the New York Institute of Technology and Hofstra University. She currently lives in Commack with her husband, Cornelius Skeahan. Together they have volunteered with Birch Family Camp, an organization that provides weekly camp programs for inner-city families of those infected with HIV and AIDS.





Richard DiVenti
Richard DiVenti, Vice President of Construction & Facilities

Rich DiVenti oversees the entire construction arm of T. Weiss Realty Corp. ("TWRC") and its two affiliate companies. In this capacity, Rich is responsible for managing and coordinating all of TWRC's construction jobs from beginning to end. This includes the development of new T. Weiss Realty Corp. properties, built-to-suit office space and tenant improvement renovation.

A lifelong interest in construction has led Rich to pursue architectural and trade courses as early as high school. His thirty five years in the industry have found him at work in a variety of trades and project management positions. Prior to joining TWRC, Rich spent 10 years building biotech and cosmetic laboratories on Long Island. He also has extensive experience in the construction of housing complexes, restaurants and gas stations.

Rich has fostered and maintains great relations with the departments that govern regulation and code compliance in the districts TWRC owns properties. His ability to review architectural prints and engineering plans in the office, and coordinate a project in the field, makes him an invaluable member of the TWRC team.
